It Arrived!!!!!

OMFG...how surreal it is to hold an actual physical manifestation of something I have made. Yes, my copy of my novel has arrived at my home. It is a coffee-table sized book due to the large print for visually impaired people so, when I opened the door and the delivery man gave it to me i wasn't sure what the hell it was. My son saw the word 'Amazon' on the package and said,
"It's your book, Mum". I just stood there and looked at him in stunned silence. I couldn't open it so he did it for me. And, lo and behold, there it was...all red and shiny and....MINE.
It is a mixture of awe, pride and disbelief that is coursing through me at this point in time. Will I ever get over the feeling of utter amazement that I, a nobody, is now able to rightfully call myself an author?????
